Allen & Heath ZED-16FX 16-Channel Analogue Mixer with FX

The ZED-16FX expands on the smaller ZED-FX models with additional mono mic/line channels alongside stereo inputs, giving small-to-mid sized bands and venues more inputs for drums, vocals and instruments. It uses Allen & Heath’s DuoPre preamp design for a wide, evenly distributed 69dB gain range, paired with a 3-band, swept-mid MusiQ EQ on every mono channel for precise tone shaping. An onboard digital effects engine provides a selection of reverb and delay algorithms for live sound and recording, and configurable USB audio in/out allows stereo recording and playback to and from a computer. Touring-grade build quality, including individual channel circuit boards and steel-secured controls, makes the ZED-16FX a durable option for regular live use, rehearsals and small-venue installs.
