Allen & Heath Qu-5D 38-Channel Digital Mixer with Dante (17 Fader)

The Qu-5D is the Dante-enabled version of Allen & Heath’s compact Qu-5 digital mixer, adding an integrated 16×16, 48/96kHz Dante etherCON port alongside the standard SLink port for expansion. Built on the 96kHz XCVI FPGA engine, it provides 16 onboard mic preamps, 12 XLR line outputs and 17 motorised faders across 4 customisable layers. The mixer handles 38 inputs to mix (32 mono/linkable plus 3 stereo), 12 mixes, 4 matrix outputs and 6 multi-FX engines with dedicated stereo returns. Recording options include a 32×32 USB-C interface, 32-channel multitrack via SD card and stereo recording via USB-A, while a zero-latency 32-channel Automatic Mic Mixer suits speech and conference applications. The built-in Dante connectivity makes Qu-5D ideal for AV integrators and installs needing networked audio without an additional card.
