The Wharfedale Pro DELTA-AX18B is a professional 18″ active subwoofer built to deliver deep, powerful bass for live events, DJ rigs and fixed installations. A highly efficient Class D amplifier, perfectly matched to the custom Wharfedale Pro 18″ driver with 4″ voice coil, delivers 1000W continuous (2000W peak) power and a maximum SPL of 132dB at 1 metre, with frequency response extending from 38Hz to 200Hz. Onboard processing includes an adjustable low-pass filter, hi-pass link outputs for feeding full-range tops, and a 180° phase switch for optimal placement flexibility. The premium Baltic birch plywood enclosure is finished in Wharfedale Pro’s most durable black paint with a distinctive routed logo, four-way rubberised handles and a 35mm pole socket. Convection cooling eliminates noisy fans, making the DELTA-AX18B ideal for both touring and installed applications where reliability is paramount.
